- Q3 2025 Payments: September 30th will be the last day to log coaching sessions for Q3 2025 payments. Sessions logged after 9pm Atlantic on September 30th will be paid out as part of Q4 2025 payments.
- We encourage all coaches to log their coaching sessions promptly, ideally right after each session. If that’s not possible, please ensure all sessions are logged by the end of the week of the session at the latest. This allows the Ministry to make informed decisions, track key metrics, and communicate externally using accurate, up-to-date dashboards.
