We encourage all coaches to log their coaching sessions promptly, ideally right after each session. If that’s not possible, please ensure all sessions are logged by the end of that week at the latest. This allows the Ministry to make informed decisions, track key metrics, and communicate externally using accurate, up-to-date dashboards.
Please click on your name to access your personalized link where you will log any coaching sessions you do. Bookmark it for quick reference going forward. If you do not see the name of the Cohort (group coaching) or the name of the priest (Parish Coaching) that you are coaching, please let Courtney know (courtney.hennessy@divinerenovation.org).

All DR Coaches are invited to join our monthly All Coaches meeting, held on the first Wednesday of each month from 11-12pm EST. It's a valuable opportunity to strengthen your coaching skills, connect with fellow DR coaches, and pray together.
Please note that meeting dates may occasionally shift or be cancelled due to holidays so be sure to check your Outlook calendar invites for the most up-to-date information.

One of the new email guidelines and most applicable to coaches is when sending an email out to more than 1 contact, please use the “BCC” function. All the reasons for these guidelines are about stewarding the data we’ve been entrusted with well and honouring other’s privacy as they’ve requested.
