Every Catholic parish takes measurements. Calibrate cohorts explain why we measure, revealing the potential for metrics to assess the health of a parish, maintain a focus on vision and mission, and impact people’s lives. Calibrate cohorts are designed for (pastor) priests and a team of parishioners, who wish to make sense of the metrics currently gathers by a parish and how measurements can be further used to empower a parish’s renewal efforts. In Calibrate cohorts, coaches will lead parishes through several of the Biblical roots of metrics, emphasizing the appropriateness of metrics to assess health and mission. Ultimately, using qualitative and quantitative measurements, priests and their teams will be equipped to measure how effective we are at making disciples. Priests ready to begin measuring with a mission mindset, and who are ready to call together a team to co-operate in these efforts are ready for ready for Calibrate.

Traction cohorts focus on the three keys to renewal: the Power of the Holy Spirit, The Best of Leadership, and the Primacy of Evangelization. Traction guides (pastors) priests through the action steps which will ground a parish in prayer for renewal, raise up and equip a high-functioning leadership team, and establish an evangelization strategy. Building upon principles covered in Kickstart, priests hungry for renewal and dedicated to following our process are brought together for cohort coaching. Using high-quality videos and proven action steps, coaches will accompany priests, guiding them as they establish an intercessory prayer ministry focused on renewal, cast vision and identify and equip high-capacity leaders to form a leadership team, and begin to use a tool, such as Alpha, to create a culture of evangelization within the parish. Priests who are ready to time, energy, and resources to parish renewal are invited into Traction cohorts.

Meditations on the Rosary for Parish Renewal.

In 1999, St. Pope John Paul II declared Our Lady of Guadalupe as the Patroness of the New Evangelization. Download this free resource and pray the Holy Rosary for the renewal of parishes.

As a Pastor, parish priest or deacon, you have the privileged opportunity to preach in a manner that is life changing, as it invites and guides your listener to have a transformational encounter with Christ. Unfortunately, despite this tremendous opportunity, many priests and laity report experiencing lack luster and ineffective homilies week after week, and, as a result, people are left unengaged, a vision for evangelization is not cast, and disciples are not made. “Our people will starve spiritually if they are only being fed mediocre messages.”

In response to this challenge, Divine Renovation has published the book, Preaching on Purpose, and this accompanying Preaching Workshop to guide preachers, empowering them to craft and deliver impactful homilies that preach the kerygma, call forth a response from the hearer, celebrate and form disciples, and cast vision. Enrolling in this course, you will engage in a systematic 10 week, 7 session course, that, accomplishing the above list, will form you into a missional preacher. Join us and begin to deliver “strategic preaching that pierces hearts, inspires personal conversion to Jesus, unleashes missionary disciples, and helps the entire parish break out of maintenance to ignite the world through the power of the Gospel.” Your engagement in this course will enhance the Sunday experience and lead your community to a renewed encounter with Christ and His Church.

This series will equip you with the processes and skills necessary to proclaim the Word of God as a Lector at Saint Benidict Parish. We hope that sharing this series, the main principles and processes used a SBP will inspire all parishes to proclaim scripture with their own unique voice.

Like many pastors and leaders in the Church, you may be faced with the challenge of forming leadership teams to help achieve your vision, while also figuring out what to do with existing teams or councils that may not be producing the fruit desired for renewal. In this series, Matt Regitz, Tammy LeBlanc, priests and their team members, will walk you through a four part series on Leadership Teams, Parish Pastoral Councils, and Finance Councils. In it, they will define and detail the purposes of each team, how they work together, and how you might discern and raise up leaders for each group.

With these tools and principles, you will be able to navigate the current teams reality within your parish, and set a course to build and maintain healthy leadership teams and structures, necessary to have your vision for the parish realized.
